Local Artist Showcase
We’re SO excited to welcome 6 local artists for the MidWest Friends Fest Local Artist Showcase. Artists will be set up starting at 3:00pm for a few hours to show, talk about, and sell their work, so make sure you get there early to check them out and pick up a few rad things to take home with you at the end of the day.

Dug Paxton
Dug is an artist, illustrator, and tattooer from Hamilton, Ohio, with a deep passion for cartoons, comics, and pop culture. His vibrant, whimsical artwork combines creativity and humor, blurring the boundaries of traditional art forms and celebrating the quirky and unconventional.
Felix Montes
Felix Montes is a queer and trans print media artist focusing on the categorization and preservation of ephemeral objects through linoleum printing. These chosen artifacts serve as a form of portraiture of the artist and his environments. Themes found in his work include queer love, obsession, death, and the passage of time.
Leah Woodall
Leah Woodall is a mixed media artist focusing on tattooing, illustration, and printmaking, her work consists of strange nostalgic references and of course CLOWNS!
